Phillies Agree To Deals With Hoskins, Soto, Suarez, Sosa

The Philadelphia Phillies have avoided salary arbitration with first baseman Rhys Hoskins, pitchers Gregory Soto and Ranger Suárez, and shortstop Edmundo Sosa ($950,000).
