Sixers, Celtics Complete Draft Day Pick Swap

The Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics have finalized a “draft day” deal in which they will swap the No. 1 and No. 3 picks in the 2017 draft and Philly will also send a conditional first-round pick in 2018 or 2019.
