According to NBA.com, the Sixers have unloaded former No. 2 overall draft pick Evan Turner and Temple product Lavoy Allen to the Indiana Pacers in return for the once promising Danny Granger. Apparently a salary dump, Granger, who has been hampered by a string of injuries the last several seasons, will become a free agent at the end of this season. Or he could be a potential inexpensive resign if he plays out the string. Read more here.
Turner will take his 17.4 points and 6 rebounds per game along with Lavoy Allen to try helping Indiana to the NBA Finals.
