The Philadelphia Phillies “clinched” the rights to the first pick of the 2016 MLB draft after being swept by the Miami Marlins in a double header Saturday night at Citizens Bank Park. Ken Giles blew a save opportunity in the ninth during the opener. Maikel Franco made the start at third base in the night cap and went 2-for-4, including clubbing his 14th home run of the season.
