Phillies Sign Former Baltimore Outfielder Lough

The Philadelphia Phillies have announced the signing of outfielder David Lough to a minor league contract with an invitation to Spring Training. Lough, 30, made 144 plate appearances last season with the Orioles, hitting .201 with a .555 OPS. Lough has spent parts of four seasons in the big leagues, including his first two with the Royals in 2012-13.
