The Philadelphia Phillies have announced that their four highest rated prospects will be among those on the farm being brought into Spring Training this year. Also, nine more players will be in as non-roster invitees.The group includes right-handers Mark Appel (No.2 prospect), Zach Eflin (No. 9) and Jake Thompson (No.3); catchers Andrew Knapp (No.18), Gabriel Lino and Logan Moore; first baseman Brock Stassi; shortstop J.P.
