Phillies Add Former Blue Jay McGowan to Bullpen

The Philadelphia Phillies have made another addition to their bullpen,, adding former Toronto Blue Jay Dustin McGowan. The 32-year-old, seven-year veteran played with the LA Dodgers this spring and posted a 6.75 ERA in seven appearances. In 2014, he went 5-3 with a 4.17 ERA. For more on this story, click here.
