Noel Finishes 3rd in ROY Voting

Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel finished third in the NBA’s rookie of the Year voting, the league announced Thursday. Minnesota’s Andrew Wiggins, last year’s No. 1 overall pick, earned the award with Chicago forward Nikola Mirotic taking second place. For more on this story, click here.
