Sixers rookie Nerlens Noel could make his NBA debut late this season when the team travels to his hometown of Boston to play the Celtics on April 4. According to a report by Philly.com, the “4-4-14” tweet that the 6-11 center out of Kentucky posted to Twitter recently was a direct reference to his plans to play that evening.
