Defenseman Radko Gudas collected four points (including his first two goals of the season) and goalie Steve Mason stopped all 19 shots he faced to lead the Philadelphia Flyers (30-23-11) to a 6-0 shutout over the visiting Columbus Blue Jackets (27-31-8) on Saturday night. Michael Raffl (nine), Sam Gagne (six), Claude Giroux (18) and Nick Cousins (four) also scored goals for Philly, which pulled to within three points of the Pittsburgh Penguins for the second wild card spot in the Eastern Conference coupled with the Penguins’ 4-2 loss to the Calgary Flames.
