Claude Giroux’ 10th goal of the season at 2:02 in the third period erased a two-goal deficit the visiting New York Islanders built early in the second and pushed Philadelphia into another overtime at 3-3 before the Flyers would fall, 4-3, in a shootout. Pierre-Edouard Bellemare and Ryan White also scored regulation goals for Philly. Kyle Okposo scored the only goal of the shootout for New York.
