Flyers Fall to Canadians in Shootout, 3-2

Paul Byron’s goal in the fifth leg of the shootout period was the deciding goal in the Montreal Canadians’ 3-2 win over the visiting Philadelphia Flyers on Friday night. Nick Cousins and Michael Raffl scored goals during regulation for Philadelphia. Michal Neuvirth had 29 saves on 31 shots in the losing effort. For more on this game, click here.
