The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly used the recent draft as a springboard to make business personnel changes to the organization. According to the Philadelphia Daily News, the Birds have dismissed director of college scouting Anthony Patch, director of pro personnel Rick Mueller and Southwest area scout Brad Obee.
