The Philadelphia Eagles showed how exciting their offense can be this season on Monday night in Atlanta. They just waited too long to spread their wings during a 26-24 loss to the Falcons to open the 2015 campaign. Trailing 20-3 at the half, the Eagles rallied for 21 of the game’s final 27 points before a missed 44-yard field goal by Cody Parkey and dropped pass by wide receiver Jordan Matthews (10 receptions, 102 yards) spoiled what had become a one-point lead for the Birds late in the game. Quarterback Sam Bradford completed 36 of 52 times with one touchdown and two interceptions in his Eagle debut while running backs DeMarco Murray and Ryan Matthews both rushed for a score each. Murray also caught a touchdown pass. Kiko Alonso grabbed an endzone interception off Matt Ryan in his debut. For more on this game, click here.
