8-Run Inning Dooms Phillies in Loss to Red Sox

The Boston Red Sox rallied for eight runs during the fourth inning in a scoreless game to carry them to a 9-2 win over the Phillies Saturday night at Fenway Park. Wade Miley threw the first complete game of his career for the Sox while striking out eight. Alec Asher took the loss for the Phils, lasting just 3.2 innings while allowing seven earned runs on eight hits. No Phillies managed more than one hit. For more on this game, click here.
