Jason Garrison’s breakaway goal with 2:43 remaining in overtime lifted the Tampa Bay Lightning to a 3-2 win over the Philadelphia Flyers in their season-opening game Thursday night in Tampa. Matt Read and Brayden Schenn scored goals for the Flyers, who held a 2-1 lead before Ryan Callahan netted a power play goal with 1:38 left in the second period.
