Freddy Galvis’ two-run single in the seventh inning highlighted three-run frame that lifted the Phillies to a come-from-behind, 4-3 win over the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks Friday night. Carlos Ruiz and Cesar Hernandez opened the inning with back-to-back singles and scored when Galvis dropped a soft liner into centerfield to tie the game at 3-3. Jeff Francoeur followed with an RBI single to score Galvis, but was out at second trying to stretch the play into a double. Ryan Howard had given the Phils a short-lived 1-0 lead in the sixth with an RBI double. Chad Billingsley looked impressive for a second consecutive game, tossing six innings of two-run ball while scattering seven hits and walking one. Luis Garcia earned a six-out save.
