On the way toward stretching their franchise-worst losing streak to 24 games Saturday night, the 76ers almost established another dubious mark for most missed 3-pointers in one game. They wound finish 1-for-20 (missing their first 18) from behind the arc as a team during a 91-81 loss in Chicago (39-31) to a Bulls team that beat them twice in a span of four days. The mark for most 3-point attempts in a game without a conversion is 15.Joakim Noah had 20 points in the win.
With the loss, the Sixers (15-55) moved ahead of the Vancouver Grizzlies (1995-96), Denver Nuggets (1997-98) and Charlotte Bobcats (2011-12) for the second-longest, single-season losing streak.
The Cleveland Cavaliers dropped 26 straight in 2010-11 season. Thad Young netted a game-high 28 in the losing effort Saturday. For more on this game, click here.
