Michael Carter-Williams snapped out of his scoring slump in a big way with 31 points Monday afternoon, but it wasn’t enough to keep the Sixers from losing their 12th straight Eastern Conference road game in Washington (20-20), 107-99. Thaddeus Young netted 18 points while Spencer Hawes contributed 11 points and a season-high 16 rebounds. The loss marks the seventh in the last eight games for the Sixers (13-28).
