The Philadelphia Phillies upped their winning streak to four games Monday with a 5-3 win over the visiting Tampa Bay Rays to open a three-game series. David Buchanan earned his first win of the season, going 6.1 innings while allowing three earned runs on six hits and three walks with four strikeouts.
